Robin Craig – Director and Company Secretary 
BSc (Hons 1), PhD Robin Craig is a Director and CFO of ThoughtWare as well as Genesearch Pty Ltd, Australia’s oldest continuously and privately held biotechnology company, started in 1980.

Sonja Bernhardt OAM – CEO 
BA (Maths/Psych), Grad Dip HRM, MBA, CDE
Sonja Bernhardt is widely known and respected in the ICT industry, having been honoured with an Medal of the Order of Australia (OAM) in 2011 for her services to the IT Industry.
An expert in HR, project management and software implementations, she is the driving force behind ThoughtWare’s ionMy Governance, Risk and Compliance software.
